Dr. Pur practices psychodynamic psychotherapy, a form of talk therapy that encourages the client to share everything that comes to mind with their therapist. The goal of this process is to help the individual become aware of unconscious, self-limiting patterns of behavior and thought. As a result, the person’s sense of self is strengthened, enabling them to manage inner tensions more effectively and engage with external reality in a healthier way. Therapy is typically conducted once or twice a week, face-to-face, with each session lasting 45 minutes.
